Welcome, and thank you for visiting my website.

I’m Verity, a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, specialising in women’s fitness, mental health, and overall wellbeing. I support women across Corsham and the wider Wiltshire area with realistic, sustainable training that fits around real life.

 

I hold an NVQ Level 2 in Fitness Instructing, NVQ Level 3 in Personal Training, and a Level 4 qualification in Nutrition for Weight Loss Management and Athletic Performance, allowing me to provide well-rounded, evidence-based support that goes beyond exercise alone.

 

I’m also continuing to expand my expertise through Level 3 and Level 4 Mat Pilates training, with a strong focus on rehabilitation and working with specific populations. This includes supporting clients with common orthopaedic conditions, chronic pain, injury recovery, and pre- and postnatal needs.

 

With over three years’ experience running group fitness classes, alongside qualifications in First Aid and Paediatric First Aid, you can feel confident knowing you’re training in safe, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive hands.

As a mother of four, I understand first-hand how challenging it can be to prioritise your health after having children — especially while juggling family life, work, and everyday responsibilities. After my youngest was born, I struggled to find time for myself and felt overwhelmed returning to both exercise and work.

 

By taking small, manageable steps and finding what truly worked for me, I rebuilt my confidence, fitness, and wellbeing — and now I’m passionate about helping other women do the same.

Starting (or restarting) your fitness journey can feel daunting, particularly in a gym environment. That’s why I focus on personalised exercise programmes and fun, inclusive fitness classes, designed to help you feel comfortable, supported, and confident from day one.

 

I offer:

  • Personal training in local gyms and community centres
  • Non-gym-based personal training, bringing equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, and yoga mats to you
  • Training at home, in a community space, or outdoors in local parks

I’m passionate about supporting everyone on their fitness journey and understand that starting can sometimes feel daunting. My goal is to make your experience as comfortable and effective as possible by offering truly personalised training programmes designed to help you achieve your unique fitness goals.

To provide the flexibility you need, I offer both gym-based and non-gym-based personal training services. If you prefer, I can bring all the necessary equipment—such as weights and yoga mats—directly to you. This allows us to focus on core strength, balance, back strengthening, and mobility exercises wherever you feel most comfortable, whether that’s in your own home, at a community centre, or outdoors in a park.

I am here to help you tackle your fitness goals with a realistic, supportive fitness programme tailored to your needs. I have already helped many women lose weight, regain their confidence and enjoy exercise again.  I am here to listen, encourage, and adapt the programme to match your lifestyle and preferences.

Each session delivers whole-body workouts to help you burn calories, boost confidence, and improve coordination—all while having a great time with a supportive community. I offer Zumba fitness classes, Zumba Gold, HIIT, Body Balance classes, Body Blast, Boxercise, Step Aerobics,  Legs, Bums & Tums, and Circuits sessions which focus on Stengthening Core Muscles, Whole Body Toning & Conditioning.
