My Qualifications & Expertise



My qualifications are more than just certificates — they reflect my dedication to helping you achieve your fitness goals safely, effectively, and with confidence.

I hold:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Fitness Instructing
  • NVQ Level 3 in Personal Training
  • NVQ Level 4 in Nutrition for Weight Management & Performance (currently studying)
  • Level 3 & Level 4 in Mat Pilates -advanced Pilates for Rehabilitation and specific populations, such as common Orthopaedic conditions, chronic pain, injury recovery and Pre-and Postnatal exercises (currently studying)

In addition to my core qualifications, I’m a certified Zumba Fitness® Instructor and hold a Level 2 Group Fitness qualification, enabling me to lead a wide range of dynamic and inclusive classes. These include Circuits, HIIT, Step Aerobics, Boxercise, Yoga & Mobility, Body Balance, Body Blast, and Dance Fit.

My background in boxing and kickboxing brings an energetic, empowering edge to every session, helping clients feel strong, confident, and motivated.

For your safety and peace of mind, I’m also First Aid and Paediatric First Aid certified, ensuring every class is delivered with both expertise and care.
