I am married with four children, and have personally undergone a huge transformation process, both physically and mentally over the past four years. I have lost over three stone, gone down three dress sizes and tackled my own anxieties, and lack of confidence. I am dedicated to helping other women like myself, who have had children and struggle with weight loss. I understand the challenges of everyday life and finding the motivation to exercise, plus sticking to a good fitness routine. I'm dedicated to helping women achieve their fitness goals, feel good about their bodies again, and to see their confidence grow. Based in Corsham, Wiltshire, I bring a personal touch to fitness, ensuring every client receives the attention and support they deserve. My approach is rooted in kindness, honesty, and a genuine understanding of the everyday struggles women face when balancing family, work, and personal well-being. I am passionate about supporting mental health, wellbeing and fitness and helping real women achieve real results.

Personal Training & Health Coaching

I provide personal training programmes to support both mental and physical health for women who find it hard to find the time and motivation to exercise, and who may find gyms daunting. I understand these challenges intimately, and my approach is designed to fit seamlessly into a busy lifestyle. I aim to make fitness accessible, affordable,  enjoyable, and effective for women seeking real, sustainable results.
